I am an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) and received my post graduate experience in Florida in community health centers, hospitals, substance rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities and private practice.

I work to build a safe space and rapport, which I believe is important to healing.  My approaches are based in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, person centered, mindfulness, creative and solution focused therapies. I specialize in the areas of anxiety disorders, bipolar and mood disorders, elderly and caretaker issues, narcissistic abuse as well as having knowledge of stress management, peer relationships, women's issues, and overall wellness. In addition, I can provide limited Shamanic Healing as I am being mentored in the healing arts. I am always looking to learn and continue my education to incorporate new approaches in wellness.
