FL License IMT3563

I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapy. I am a firm believer of individuals becoming experts of their own lives. Whether it be individuals, couples, or families, the experiences you have, events you go through, and the interactions you collect over your lifetime create your narrative. Together, I will support and guide those on their path to finding and achieving their highest potential and taking back control of their own destiny.

I practice cultivating a trusting, non-judgmental and safe environment, where together we have the ability to not only manage, but instill the power to find the best solution to the stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma that is weighing on you. I draw from Person-Centered, Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Humanistic therapeutic models, understanding that each individual and story is unique.

My specialties include couples and relationship counseling with a focus on intimacy concerns, conflict resolution, significant life events, and overcoming trauma.   Self-harm, suicidal ideation, and the grief associated.  The End-of-Life Cycle for individuals, couples, and families.
